Forecasting cash p ' Manufacturing MNC ' Spearheading / revamp costing process experience! ' Woodlands Job Responsibilities: . Handling the day-to-day financial/accounting operations function . Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from cash flow if any . Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate . Analyse significant monthly expense variance against budgeted number if any . Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations) . Review debtors aging generated from SAP for outstanding balances . Communicate with sales personnel to verify status of delinquent accounts/billing discrepancies/question on overdue accounts (initiate collections on past-due accounts) . Timely and accurate prepare of financial, management and Group reporting including consolidation package . Preparing audits schedule, audit confirmation letters to banks, IC balance and reviews as required by auditor . Preparation of year-end corporate tax assessment submission . Liaise with external auditors and tax agent in annual statutory audits and Income Tax Returns . Manage and supervise of junior finance staff . Improves and streamlines financial and internal control procedures . Developing and implementing strong internal controls and effective SOPs . Other duties will include ad-hoc projects such as system implementation from time to time. . Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned. Job Requirement: . Degree in Accountancy or equivalent . At least 5-10 years of working experience in manufacturing industry .
