Job Description


Experience: 3 to 5 Years Role: Finance Administrative Support Responsibilities:

  • Manage Fixed Assets Management (Laptops, Monitors, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Support day to day processing for financial end to end processing of key financial related artefacts
  • such as updating of Finance Trackers, creation of Purchase Requisitions in SAP system, follow
  • through payment.
  • Manage and process claims.
  • Assist in budget exercise.
  • To perform day-to-day operations support for Financial Management under instruction from the
  • Financial Lead.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
  • Experienced as a PMO Support in Bank Projects or administrative, finance support will be a plus.
  • Have working experience in SAP system (PEMS).
  • Strong Attention to details
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
