Job Purpose
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Finance Analyst to join Iron Mountain team located in APAC. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager for APAC and will need to ensure the smooth financial performance of the IRM account in APAC. Responsibilities

• Support the contractual and commercial relationship with the client at country and cluster level Fully understand the contractual obligations through the Master Services Agreement, ensure that correct accounting treatments are in place to reflect CBRE’s obligations.
• Ensure all planed and forecast targets are achieved, Trade Working Capital targets are met and cash is collected in a timely manner
• Liaise with Finance Manager and Ops to carry out monthly billing to client for Fixed costs, extra works.
• Perform monthly corporate P&L Close, ensuring accurate accruals
• Support the delivery of account wide finance related processes
• Assist Finance manager to perform client month end and deliver timely client budgeting & forecasts
• Portray a thoroughly credible and professional image to the customer at all levels, at all times.
• Continuously develop and improve the output of the role Ad hoc reporting and duties when required
• Work effectively other members of the local finance team and help develop a value adding finance function on the account
• Be closely involved in the transition of Facilities Management Growth for APAC countries.
• Work closely with the site operations to ensure PO compliance, acting as a point of escalation internally and for supplier queries
• Support ad-hoc requests from client, operations and management team

• Full or part qualified accountant
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business-related field.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• Cultural awareness
• Highly self-motivated, confident and self-starter
• Excellent IT skills, must be highly competent in using Excel (intermediate)
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Ability to apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and work collaboratively with business partners, key employees, top management, and client groups on various projects.
• Good knowledge of CBRE financial tools Peoplesoft/JDEdwards /iScala/Mybuy/Si7
• Demonstrable experience in finance analyst role
• Strong financial control experience
