Job responsibilities

Responsible for preparation of monthly management reports for three entities.
Responsible for preparation of internal reports for three entities.
Preparation of monthly journals and audit schedules for three entities.
Preparation of monthly bank and AR/AP reconciliations for three entities.
Review of payment vouchers and TT forms for three entities.
Involve in cash forecast preparation and budgeting for three entities.
Review and submit of quarterly GST reports for all three companies.
Perform credit review for customers.
Prepare Banker’s Guarantees and insurance when required.
Supervise an Accounts Executive who is responsible for AR/AP and Invoicing functions for all three entities.
Liaising with banker, auditor, tax agent, insurance agent as and when required.
Others – submission of government statistics or survey for all three entities.
Others – submission of Benchmark Report for two entities.
Others – other ad-hoc as and when requested
