We have a 12 month contract opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to work under limited supervision and in line with company policy and processes, provide on time accurate group consolidation reporting and insightful variance analysis. You will manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and half yearly reporting, includes the analysis of results variances. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing the monthly Group consolidated accounts and responsible for half year/year end consolidation reporting pack submission
• Performing analysis on monthly regional consolidated accounts and present to management
• Reviewing reporting entities’ reporting and ensure the reporting complies to Group’s accounting policies and accounting standards
• Providing guidance to reporting accountants for rectification and interpretation of accounting standards when necessary
• Handling group structural changes, not limited to system enhancement and user acceptance testing
• Manage statutory finance matters including reviewing the financial statements and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance to statutory requirements and Group policies
• Manage entities’ compliance and statutory filing including financial statements and tax. Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations and all other regulatory requirements
• Reviewing, implementing and improving financial workflows and processes to strengthen internal control and routines to ensure compliance and to enhance efficiencies
• Own and manage tasks to ensure delivery within prescribed timeframes. You are expected to deliver within tight deadlines on monthly and half year/full year reporting

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent qualified and must hold CA/CPA
• Demonstrated experience in accountancy firm and/or multi-national corporation
• Experience in managing the reporting of a group of subsidiaries
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and analytical person
• Good understanding of Singapore Financial reporting standards and International financial reporting standards
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel
• Team player
• Prior experience in using SAP system will be an added advantage
