Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and upload trade spend into SAP Vistex
• With the input from the sales team, match invoices received to the various vistex accruals for claims clearance in the system
• Validate and reconcile sales data across different platforms
• Preparation of monthly routine and adhoc jorunals and ensure timeline, complete and accurate recording of monthly accounting entries
• Preparation of customer/brand/SKU P&L
• Monthly update of IMS report
• AR collection and perform offsets in the system
• Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Support in major budgeting cycles throughout the year
• Assist in ad-hoc admin and finance assignment when required
• Support system migration data validation / mapping

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accountancy from a recognised university.
• At least 3 years working experience in the same capacity (Big 4 or Commercial)
• Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good excel skills and IT savvy.
• Strong understanding on Group Policy requirements that facilitates MEC
