Responsibilities :

\xc2\xb7 Review system generated invoices and send to customers once approved by supervisor.

\xc2\xb7 Apply billing adjustments to customer accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Issuance of invoices & credit notes.

\xc2\xb7 Cash application for receipts for bank & credit cards

\xc2\xb7 Cash receipts are applied within 24 hours to accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with stakeholders on payment information.

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of refund data in system.

\xc2\xb7 Billings and credit memos are processed within set guidelines and schedule.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely billing of workshops and reconciliation to ensure accurate income.

\xc2\xb7 Responding to internal & external stakeholders via phone calls and resolving questions,

concerns and problems relative to billing and receipting matters; taking necessary actions in a timely manner to correct the situation.

\xc2\xb7 Regular liaison with internal department to reconcile customer accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Provide support to local FP&A and FA colleagues, so that replies to regional queries are addressed successfully and in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 School receipt queries are responded within 72 hours and resolved or status communicated within 1 week.

Requirements :

\xc2\xb7 At least 1-2 years of billing & receipting experience.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience of working in an international business environment exposed to stakeholders in an operational context.

\xc2\xb7 Experience of multi-currency financial systems.

\xc2\xb7 General knowledge of all Accounts Receivable functions within an organization.

\xc2\xb7 1-2 years of hands-on experience of accounting systems with Oracle experience preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Finance Qualification of Diploma/Degree level or equivalent in Finance.

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated & directed.

\xc2\xb7 Good team player.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work within routine schedule.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritise workload.
