Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Review full set of accounts and monthly reports.
  • Manage cash flow and payments, including Client’s redemptions.
  • In charge of Human Resources (monthly payroll, CPF, IR8A, company insurance, Work Pass, government claims, new employee’s screenings).
  • Liaise with Fund Administrator, External Auditors, Tax Consultant and Banks.
  • Review and approved Quarterly GST Returns.
  • Delivered statutory reports, reviews, surveys, annual declarations, queries to Governments.
  • Responsible for daily trade submissions and settlements issues with custodian and brokers.
  • Assist and working together with Compliance Officer.
  • Other ad hoc duties.

Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. Chartered Accountant or on the progress to qualify is preferred.
  • 4-6 years working experiences in similar field. Big 4 audit experiences in auditing private equity funds are preferred.
  • Possess team spirit with the ability to work independently with your own initiative.
  • Mature, diligent, meticulous and detail oriented.
