Job Description


  • Creating financial reports concerning budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expenses.
  • Formulating long-term business strategies based on these reports.
  • Coordinating with external auditors and tax agents.
  • Enhancing current internal controls and process efficiency.
  • Managing administrative tasks, onboarding, offboarding, and training.
  • Handling payroll administration, regional mobility support, and expatriate management, including work pass applications.
  • Compiling payroll data, including monthly time records, overtime, and commission information.
  • Ensuring timely submission of CPF, IR21, and annual income tax declarations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Auditing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
