Job Description

Job Summary:

• Working hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.15pm), Alternate Sat (9am - 1.30pm)

• Salary range: $2500

• Location: Pandan Loop, Clementi

• Meals benefit provided

:

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable duties

• Processing, verification, organizing, updating and monitoring of documents, bills, invoices and payments

• Assist Accounts in updating records into ERP system

• Assist in monthly stock-take and closing of accounts

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / GCE 'O' Level / NITEC or equivalent qualifications with some relevant working experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Meticulous, good initiative and able to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
