Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General Accounting or equivalent.
Familiar with Tax Laws and provisions
With knowledge in computer accounting system
Should have strong analytical and planning skills
Meticulous, honest and trustworthy
Must have the ability to multi-task

General Accounting/Bookkeeping/Operating Cost Analysis
Follow-up and monitor Billing of all clients
Prepare and maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Update and maintain the general ledger
Assist in preparation of the financial report
Maintains historical records by filing of documents
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
Monitoring and renewal of Company Government Licenses and Permits (Mayor's Permit, Barangay Clearance, BIR Registration, SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), Customs Clearance etc.
Recording and filing of accounting transactions
Perform other duties that may be assigned
