Responsibilities You will be the Finance Business Partner to the ASP Development team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Improve the set-up for our new SPVs, from the SAP implementation, bank account opening, and transfer of accounting to the Shared Service Center
  • Control of Costs/expenditure as per Development budget and monitoring activities in coordination with Project Managers
  • Month-end reporting including all associated processes and controls
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax returns and statutory accounts
  • Ensure accounting treatment is in line with Group policies and guidelines
  • Cost accounting supervision
  • Oversee compliance with Vestas' business ethic code
  • Post intercompany, sales, costs, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable transactions and asset journals
  • Ensure intercompany balance confirmations
  • Prepare balance sheet, bank and intercompany reconciliations
  • Ensure accounting treatment is in line with Group policies and guidelines
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and embrace initiatives
  • Provide management with financial results, goals achievement and budget compliance
  • Consolidation of ASP Development Reporting
  • Project cash flow planning
  • Departmental P&L Reporting and analysis
  • Cost and Project Forecasting
  • Weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • Liaison point for Business Reporting in Denmark
  • Management of queries from the functional leader
  • Developing Reporting systems for ASP region (i.e. Australia, Singapore, etc)
  • Provide forecasting and modeling advice to the functional leaders and executive Level

Qualifications
  • +3 years of professional experience within a finance department or within an international company
  • Fluent in English, and other languages
  • Very good knowledge about finance, controlling, budgeting, accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Information systems SAP/BI and ERP systems
  • Experience in effectively implementing new SPVs in different countries
