Description

This is a leading and large commodities' multinational with a global presence. Our client, who has a reputation for being a game changer within the industry, is on the search for a high calibre finance business partner for a fast growing and high priority business unit.

Responsibilities

Reporting to both the Finance Director and Head of Business, the Finance Business Partner will work directly with the Heads and Managers of the Business unit to drive performance value and develop business strategy. He/ She will significantly influence the business in manage the overall strategic and annual planning process, including SWOT analysis, manage the risk management function and develop a robust framework towards achieving continued commercial excellence for the business unit.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be degree qualified in a finance discipline, and have a minimum of 7-10 years' of finance business partnering experience within a highly complex, matrix multinational. Candidates with proven track record managing large supply chain and procurement spend will have a distinct advantage. You are articulate and able to work well within complex and sometimes ambiguous environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and team management experience are desired requisites of the role.
