Our client is a renowned US MNC in the Medical Devices Industry (revenue size USD$800m) and is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, please see below for the job description:THE ROLE
The Finance Business Partner will be based in Singapore and is responsible for:
- Collaborate with the commercial team on long-term financial plans, considering market trends and capital needs.
- Develop and implement short-term budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting for the Asia Pacific region.
- Align business and financial plans with measurable goals.
- Manage business investments, resource allocations, and performance metrics.
- Provide financial modelling, analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions and contracts.
- Monitor performance to meet short- and long-term objectives.
- Offer insightful decision support to the management team.
- Ensure pricing and investments drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee control, compliance, audit, and working capital management.REQUIREMENTS
- Min Degree in Accounting or related
- 6+ years of experience in finance operations or as a finance partner
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills with commercial understanding
- Experience in multinational and US-based companies
- Strong business acumen and is personable
- A team player with good communication skills
