Job Responsibilities:
Prepare full set of accounting
Participants in monitoring and managing accounting matters.
Timely and accurate analysis of cash book and cash flow as well as daily bank transactions.
Checking and filing accounting documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Monitor and report to Management on possible doubtful debts.
Liaise with banks, company secretaries, and relevant parties.
Perform any others tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company.
Know all the relevant Singapore Tax Rules and Legal Finance requirements.
Control the cost and budget.
Job Requirements
Well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of Pivot tables & other functions)
Experience with computerized accounting system
Experience with credit control is an advantage
