Description

• Oversee various facets of general accounting, encompassing Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting for the larger Singapore entity.
• Ensure precise Tax and GST reporting and strict adherence to regulatory mandates.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements, craft monthly and quarterly financial projections, formulate Annual Operation Plans, and diligently monitor and scrutinize Actual expenses versus Forecasts.
• Maintain the integrity of internal control procedures and proactively address any identified internal control deficiencies.
• Lead the monthly financial closing process and coordinate the generation of comprehensive financial and managerial reports.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for improvement to meet annual plan targets.
• Work closely with the organization\'s shared service center in other parts of the world.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or any related degree.
• Minimum of sixteen years of experience within Finance & Accounting Positions, of which 10 years should be in a leadership capacity.

Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership capacity within a manufacturing organization. * Profound understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher intricate financial data and trends.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal aptitude, with a history of effectively guiding and nurturing finance teams.
• Outstanding communication skills, both in written and verbal forms, for effective interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess, with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in SAP is a must.
• CA / CPA qualifications are highly beneficial.
