Moreover, we provide integrated marketing and payment solutions for local businesses which target the younger generation and Chinese tourists.3. : As a finance executive, you will be managing the platform\xe2\x80\x99s settlement, day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. You will be reporting directly to the CFO.4. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 In-charge of all settlement matters across several payment platforms, reconciliation of payments and refunds \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in producing timely and accurate financial statements and monthly management accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Explain enquires regarding the settlement to merchants or relevant parties with clear explanations and instructions \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for a full set of accounts and ensuring that the prepared accounts are in compliance with the approved accounting standards or guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Support basic HR functions such like work-permit application, payroll and prepare the LOA for new employees etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 In charge of Compliance checking and risk anlysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to ad-hoc tasks5. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduates with a degree/diploma in Accounting and Finance \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in both English and Chinese \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years of working experience in payment industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with Singapore Statutory requirements and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Tech-savvy, knowledge in Accounting Software is an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A performance-driven attitude with desire to implement skills into new areas \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to perform simple HR duties like work-permit application and preparing LOA for new employees etc, \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to adapt to a start-up environment6.
