The Company
Our client is an established SGX listed company in the Real Estate industry. We are keen to hire a driven, adaptable and confident Finance leader to oversee SGX & group reporting, M&A, treasury, tax, audit and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree qualified, CPA
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, strong exposure in group reporting, consolidation and SGX reporting
• Experience working in a Temasek linked company (TLC) required
• Desired traits: Versatile, mature, hardworking, detailed, confident, driven, strong stakeholder engagement skills and good EQ

Budget
S$15,000 - S$18,000 per month + Bonus

Job Scope
As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for group reporting, consolidation, performance analysis, SGX reporting and results announcement. You will oversee group treasury, cashflow management, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities. In addition to ensuring compliance with accounting standards, SGX requirements and corporate governance, you will also be responsible in the review of group accounting and financial policies and make appropriate implementation/ recommendation where necessary. You will liaise with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, legal, corporate secretarial etc. You will provide leadership and guidance to the team, and work closely with other departments and management to drive business performance.
