This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance leader to contribute to the success of a newly integrated business.THE ROLEOur client is looking for a Finance Director with a strong background in controllership and finance business partnering. This role will lead the finance function, driving the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting to the Group CFO, the Finance Director will be responsible for the financial health of the company, while also working closely with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure effective controllership and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage and lead the offshore finance shared service team, ensuring high-quality, efficient operations.

• Act as a business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company\'s growth objectives.

• Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Ensure alignment with the parent company in financial reporting and strategic planning.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (required).

• Extensive experience in controllership and finance business partnering.

• Experience overseeing finance shared services, preferably offshore.

• Strong P&L management, financial planning, and risk management skills.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
