Our client is a UK headquartered professional services firm with a specialism surrounding maritime data and analytics. With a long lasting and significant history, they work with industry leaders and professionals within the finance, insurance and legal sector to provide them with expertise information, solutions and advisory to keep global trade moving efficiently. As their APAC offices continue to expand, they are now looking to bring in a newly created HR Operations individual into their Singapore team.

The HR Operations will work in a lean team closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth day to day running of a full spectrum of HR operational matters as well as provide first line of advisory to the key stakeholders within the APAC business. As the business across APAC expands, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the UK headquartered HR team to ensure an alignment of operational matters as well as provide thorough onboarding and offboarding support. In addition, you\xe2\x80\x99ll assist in reviewing and maintaining new HR policies and procedures whilst managing day to day operational tasks.

The suitable individual will have functioned within a meticulous and all-rounded HR Operational role within international professional and / or financial services firms. The stakeholders that you liaise with are incredibly detail-oriented and will require strong attention to detail and an ability to function independently within a lean team in an open and collaborative environment. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be comfortable being hands-on with the ability to multitask whilst demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
