J OB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Finance Executive to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Handle Account Payable
- Keep records trade and intercompany payables
- Handle and provide information as required by internal/external auditors
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly schedule (E.g., Fixed Assets schedule, prepayment schedule Etc.)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare of Quarterly GST submission
- Prepare monthly PL/BS reporting using Globe 3 accounting system.
- Any other ad Hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
- Preferable with 1 to 2 years of working experience
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess the maturity and work collaboratively with people at all levels
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to work independently, or in a team, with self-awareness in meeting deadlines
- Familiar with Globe 3 accounting system is a plus

S ALARY S$2,800.00 - S$3,000.00 per Month
