Job Description
The Senior Finance Executive/Finance Executive will be mainly performing the account payables functions for the business/corporate units of Global SCP Medical System Pte Ltd
Activities & responsibilities supporting each area
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
- Reconciliation of AP subledger to GL control account
- Reconciliation of vendor statement as & when needed
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager
- Recognized Diploma / Degree in Finance accounting
- Minimally 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable Function
- Experience with accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamic 365
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Tactful and possesses the diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex and confidential issues
- Confident individual who harness a willingness to put the organisation and team ahead of oneself
- Strong will individual who ensures that one is always doing the right thing by upholding the ethical and professional standards and is honest in all transactions with the organisation and the stakeholders
