Finance Executive Boon Lay, 5day 830am-6pm, $3200-$4200 Duties and Responsibilities . Responsible for taxation matters for the Group and its subsidiaries . Liaise with tax agent on taxation matte Finance Executive Boon Lay, 5day 830am-6pm, $3200-$4200 Duties and Responsibilities . Responsible for taxation matters for the Group and its subsidiaries . Liaise with tax agent on taxation matters for Singapore entities . Prepare the monthly and quarterly tax provision to ensure that tax provision is adequate and not excessive . Review the accuracy of subsidiary accounts and reporting . Perform intercompany reconciliation and monitor subsidiaries' intercompany balances . Prepare monthly group consolidation . Prepare quarterly head office reporting package . Assist in coordination and implementation of any adhoc projects . Assist in the review and improvements of business processes . Assist in the audit and preparation of entity and group level statutory accounts . Assist in banking matters and reporting Qualifications and Skills . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and/or its equivalent . Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in the manufacturing environment . Experience in taxation is a must .
