Job Description

:

• Handle journal entries, account reconciliations and monthly schedules for management reporting and statutory reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for asset-owning entities under management
• Support the finance team to provide financial analysis and performance evaluations of properties, including profitability, occupancy rates, lease renewals, and return on investment
• Coordinate with auditors on annual audits
• Handle the accounts payable and receivable functions for properties, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, rent payments, and vendor payments
• To support finance team to work with Property manager to update annual operating budgets and cash flow forecasts

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree in accountancy
• Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience property management accounting or real estate accounting
