- Perform month end closing and reporting
- Responsible for the preparation and review of submission for GST, statutory tax reporting and audit schedules, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- In-charge for the day-to-day affairs of the entities which involves but not limited to the review and scheduling of payments, forecasting of the weekly cash flow and credit control management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on finance compliance matters, maintain proper accounting records and documentations and ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform alignment in process and controls.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Strong knowledge UBS and Million Accounting software
- Proficient in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills
- Must be able to travel to existing outlets at least once a week
