• Able to handle full sets of accounts. E.g. balance sheet, profit and loss, account receivables, account payable, general ledger, fixed asset and etc
• Perform accurate of accounting billing, costing, revenue, receiving, account tracking and related reconcile journals
• Perform accurate of expenses and payment processing including supplier invoicing/payment, staffs' reimbursements, travelling costing, petty cash claims and etc
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
• Familiar with corporate tax & GST
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and quarterly GST submissions
• In charge of monthly stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Prepare audit schedule and attend to the queries raised by external auditors
• Attend to IRAS queries when required
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or is undergoing Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and working experience in e-commerce will added advantage
• Required language(s): Able to read and write English and Chinese
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Intuit QuickBooks
• Possess self-motivated, hardworking, meticulous, positive attitude & able to meet deadline
