Our client is a well-known integrated marketing service industry in Singapore. They are trusted by many top brands in the market and public sector on their marketing initiatives. Currently, the team is looking for a Finance Executive to join the team. This role will report to Accountant.
ROLE
Key in sales, purchases and GL transactions into the accounting system Monthly internal management reporting (Cashflow, project P&L, AR collections, variance analysis, trends comparison etc) Prepare bank reconciliation and post month-end entries/adjustments Support the issuance of part-timers, staff claims and vendor payment Prepare GST reports and maintain fixed assets listing Liaise with external auditor and tax agents for statutory reporting
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting or equivalent At least 2-3 years of experiences in handle daily finance operations Independent, organised and able to work at fast paced environment Candidates available immediately or within short notice preferred
