Job Description


:

  • Maintaining FULL SET of Accounting records and performing monthly accounts closing.
  • Handling day to day transaction processing and ensuring proper project accounting, billing to clients and payment to vendors.
  • Preparing monthly staff payroll, claims and CPF submission and annual IR8A submission.
  • Preparing quarterly GST return.
  • Preparing annual financial reports and coporate tax submission.
  • Handling documentation required for work permit, levy, insurance, accommodation, transportation and other administrative matters for a team of foreign workers.
  • Keeping detailed records of timesheet, payroll and petty cash transactions for foreign workers.
  • Tracking of maintenance contract, billing and schedule for clients.
  • Handling various applications to MOM, BCA, BizSafe and maintain the relevant documentation for update and renewal.
  • Liaising with other third parties such as insurance broker, tax agent, company secretary and suppliers of office equipment and materials.
  • Sourcing and procurement of our office stationery, design materials, pantry supplies and corporate gifts, and also keeping track of their inventories to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Handling general office matters such as letterbox, mailing, postage, bank deposit and incoming phone calls.
  • Office facilities management to ensure that all our equipment and commercial vehicles are well maintained and in working order.
  • Occasional travelling out of office to deliver documents and other administrative matters.
  • Assisting in planning and coordination of corporate events and activities.
  • Providing support and assistance to Project team such as Permit To Work (PTW) application and workers' list as and when required.
  • Other adhoc office related administrative task as and when required.

Job Requirenments:
  • Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration
  • Well-organised and good communication skills
  • Independent and has eye for details
  • Working experience in Construction Industry is an added advantage
  • Familiar with MS Excel, ABSS (MYOB) Accounting Software
  • Prefer to start work within short notice.
  • Billingual in English and Mandarin.
