Job Description

1. Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts with proper internal controls and ensure accuracy of accounts recording to meet regulatory requirements. Focus on General Ledger, Reporting and Accounts Receivables

• Responsible for preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly financial reports, intercompany reconciliation, bank reconciliation, audit schedules, filing of GST return and other regulatory reporting. All reporting to ultimate holding company within strict deadlines.

• Liaise with company auditors, tax agents, bankers etc.

• Assist in monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting exercise.

• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks, analysis and management reports as assigned by the management of the company.

2. Position Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or LCCI/ACCA equivalent.

• Good accounting and administrative skills.

• Computer literacy is essential, high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications is necessary.

• Familiar in SAP R/3 FICO accounting modules is a MUST.

• Good analytical, writing, communication and organization skills.

• An independent worker but also a good team player who is responsive and adaptive to changes.
