Job Description
$5200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting / Forecasting
- Timely submission of Withholdings Tax; Submission of GST;
- Liaison with Tax Officer; Claim GST if required
- Maintain Customer and Vendor Master Data; track and keep record of changes
- Processing Vendor Invoices/Employee Claims; Expense booking & keep record for taxable purchase ;
- Prepare & post journal for salary, bonus, annual leaves / holiday pay; Validation & Bank transfer of salary.
- Process credit applications by customer; Maintain & update credit limit approval
- Liaising for Credit Rating of Customers; Check Credit Monitoring Updates daily – on Bankruptcy Monitoring, Litigation Monitoring.
- Fixed Asset Accounting; preparing Schedules; Maintain records of addition, disposal, sales proceed if any
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Cost Accountancy degree or with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- knowledge of accounting standards, Taxation/ Employment Act, and statutory requirements in Singapore
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
