Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare, analyses and communicate Project Costing, Actuals vs Budget variance, etc
✔️ Prepared monthly cash flow for management
✔️ Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast for Profit & Loss
✔️ Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
✔️ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
✔️ Preparation and submission of GST
✔️ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department such as month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger and etc.
✔️ Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staffs on all accounting related matters
