Job Description
Responsibilities:- * Handling general ledger for freight forwarding entity. * Review and analyses monthly financial performance and variance analysis * Provide financial accounting support an Responsibilities:- Handling general ledger for freight forwarding entity. Review and analyses monthly financial performance and variance analysis Provide financial accounting support and analysis to regional office Prepare for monthly closing activities, preparation and recording of all journal entries. Ensure that accounting transactions are properly supported, recorded and reported Preparation of monthly management reporting pack Compiling and submission of quarterly GST returns Timely and accurate preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations & bank reconciliation. Prepare and update the lease schedule for IFRS116 Liaise with internal and external auditors, preparation of audit documentation, account analysis, annual financial statements and related statutory reports Work closely with Business units in annual budget preparations and forecasting Maintain fixed assets register, create the FA coding and record into Sun6.Liaise with business units/auditors on year end fixed assets sighting. Requirements: Diploma in Accounting Minimum 3 years of related experience Microsoft office, excel and outlook Knowledge in Sun system is an advantage Good understanding of Singapore finanical reporting standard
