Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations timely and accurately. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are correctly recorded. Assist with reviewing of expenses, contracts and revenue reports. Assist with processing of payments as assigned. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available immediately when needed. Prepare and submit daily key financial reports. Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary. Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) to close the monthly accounts in a timely manner. Be able to handle full set of accounts is preferred. Assist with other accounting projects as assigned.
