Handle and maintain full set of accounts and responsible for its day-to-day accounting functi JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: FINANCE EXECUTIVE REPORTING TO: FINANCE MANAGER Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Handle and maintain full set of accounts and responsible for its day-to-day accounting functions. 2. Responsible for the Accounts Receivables functions, invoicing, revenue collection & checking, and credit control. 3. Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations, including of Exchange rate revaluation. 4. Responsible for Bank Reconciliation 5. Preparation GST reports for quarterly filling to IRAS 6. Assist for Fixed Asset & Inventory record 7. Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries. 8. Generate and distribute management reports on monthly basis, Eg.CPP, etc 9. Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries. 10. Assist FM in liaising with Auditor/ Tax Agent/ Company secretarial 11. Assist in HQ Global Project (Accounting System, Internal Control compliance, etc) 12. Ad hoc task by Finance Manager. Skills, Experience and Competencies 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ACCA/Degree in Accounting or equivalent. 2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Proficient in Accounting Software (experience in AX Dynamics, SAP is an added advantage) 4. Good interpersonal skills and team work, proactive engagement with other function departments to ensure effectiveness of work. 5. Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (liaise with China stakeholders). 6. Fast learner, adaptable to fast paced working environment, good sense of urgency and with can do attitude 7. Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactively 8. Work location at Tuas (shuttle services provided at Jurong East/Boon Lay/ Bedok/Hougang)
