FINANCE EXECUTIVE * Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for elements of Accounts Receivable (aka Membership Finance), Accounts Payable and General Ledger. FINANCE EXECUTIVE Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for elements of Accounts Receivable (aka Membership Finance), Accounts Payable and General Ledger. Work closely with other Members of the team to manage Membership Finance, including the billing and payment collection cycle Assist in monthly P&L generation, and balance sheet account reconciliations Assist in data analysis and reporting requirements Perform weekly and monthly system supported cash and bank reconciliations Daily verification of POS data Assist in financial year-end audit Close working relationship with the Finance team and CFO on a daily basis Get involved outside of the Finance Team and connect with other departments within the Group Assist in other general day-to-day finance operations and control requirements as required. Requirements Diploma / degree or other relevant qualification in Accounting preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Accounting work experience not necessarily required, but may be beneficial Hands-on, proactive and good working attitude required Able to work intelligently and proactively, with guidance from the team.
