COMPANY DESCRIPTION Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities ( THK MC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large. THK MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick , families , persons with disabilities , and children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community. Together, as ONETHK \xe2\x80\x93 Empowering the Community. RESPONSIBILITIES



a.

Prepare Payment Vouchers (vendors, inter-co) and update cheque requisition list



b.

Track collections, data entry and may include banking



c.

Prepare intra-co billing (CT Shared Facilities)



d.

Prepare client aging report after month-end closing



e.

Prepare documents and submission of grants claim (ECS, ICS Ramp-up -ending; SMEF, CST - on-going)



f.

Prepare & submission of month-end closing journals (HPC, ICS, HM&HN subvention, NCSS, Comchest)



g.

Prepare & submit NAR template for month-end closing



h.

Prepare receipt vouchers matching amounts on bank statement and update receipt register



i.

Disbursement of program and petty cash claims (for claims below $100) and be custodian of Cash Floats



j.

Check staff monthly transport claims and prepare PV (paid via payroll)



k.

Tagging of new fixed assets and update of register (asset cost higher than $1,000)



l.

Posting of respective books\' PRs for program users



m.

Checking and Issuance of Official Receipts and Remittance (daily)

QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum Diploma holder



Preferably with professional training / qualification in accountancy



Appreciates accounting principles and management, internal controls
OTHER INFORMATION

• Willing to learn and good team player
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS office
