Job Description

:

• Manages Singapore Branch office payment, invoice and expense claims.
• Updates transactions into spreadsheet sent to Japan & accounting firm.
• Month-end closing for Branch Office - schedules & cash book to HQ.
• Accounts Payable - payment, posting of invoice & reconciliation.
• Daily reconcilation of credit card payment (for all banks).
• Updates credit card receipts in Sage and bank reconcilation into Sage.
• Balance sheet schedules.
• Petty Cash - posting of staff reimbursement.
• Updates B2B/Wholesale/other sales invoice into Sage.
• Checks Grab installation form. Consolidate all jobs & key into excel.
• Reconciles GST.
• Updates reports - customer count by categories, B2B sales GP Analysis, TOB & etc.
• Calculates E-comm & wholesale COGS for month end closing.
• Updates E-Comm sale & GP analysis report.
• Extracts e-comm sale report from individual platform & update into reconcilition sheet.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good team player and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation, administration and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with initiative is essential and willing to learn.
