• Perform both accounts payable [AP] and accounts receivable [AR] function.
• Prepare and monitor accounts receivable ageing reports.
• To manage, follow up and maintain accurate and complete record collection for accounts receivables.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform both accounts payable [AP] and accounts receivable [AR] function.
• Prepare and monitor accounts receivable ageing reports.
• To manage, follow up and maintain accurate and complete record collection for accounts receivables.
• Liaise with both internal and external customers to resolve any discrepancies or queries.
• Ensure that the payment approval of invoices are appropriately sought in accordance with the authorisation matrix.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accounts schedules.
• Ensure accurate coding of expenses and recording of such expenses.
• Preparing vendors’ and bank reconciliation.
• Reconciliation daily sales and liaise with clinic staffs
• Prepare, generate and issue tax invoice
• Perform administrative and documentation duties
• Assist in month-end closing
• Ensure that the daily revenue collection is correct, as well as chase down APs and gatekeep ARs
• Responsible for the minute details like petty cash, small claims, receipts filing and payments to vendors up to a certain level, and work hand in hand with the Finance Head.
• Provide support in filing claims on a regular basis.
• Perform salaries/cpf and balance sheet

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent working experience;
• At least 3 years of working experience preferably in a healthcare or clinic work environment;
• Good working knowledge of Xero accounting system is a plus;
