Responsibilities
- Responsible for Fixed Asset accounting processes and tasks, including processing of invoices, accrual accounts, reconciliation, in Budget Requisition System /Purchase Requisition System, SAP system (PO/ Invoices / Data entry/ asset creation / month-end processing / monitoring / reconciliation)
- Assist in the forecasting and budgeting data maintenance in FA
- Assist in the inventory accounting processes and tasks
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and provide support to group accounting team for finance related matters
- Support and ensure compliance with finance filing requirements
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting or any equivalent discipline
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knows SAP – Fixed Asset Module
- Experience with big data management, experience in Fixed Asset & inventory
- Experience in Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry
- Willing to learn and pick up new knowledge with manual process work and great team worker
- under agency headcount for one year contract
