We are looking for a Finance Executive for Singapore. You will be required to work closely with the finance manager and head of finance on all matters relating to finance. What you'll do:

• Take responsibility for the Accounts Payables function, including handling AP vendor invoices, staff expense claims payment and other payment processing
• Take responsibility for the Accounts Receivables function, including AR collections/following up for overdue debts
• Full sets of accounts (AR, AP, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliation, etc)
• Preparation of financial reports and quarterly GST reporting
• Preparation of the financial report of each outlet and analysis of financial performance of each outlet
• Support other teams in identifying, verifying and improving the existing processes
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy
• Team player, meticulous and a positive working attitude
• Good time management & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Experience with food and beverage industry is an added advantage
• Experience with NetSuite is an added advantage
