\xc2\xb7 Location: Tuas
\xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm)
\xc2\xb7 3 Months Contract convert to perm
Responsibility
\xc2\xb7 Handle and maintain full set of accounts and responsible for its day-to-day accounting functions.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the Accounts Receivables functions, invoicing, revenue collection & checking, and credit control.
\xc2\xb7 Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations, including of Exchange rate revaluation.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Bank Reconciliation
\xc2\xb7 Preparation GST reports for quarterly filling to IRAS
\xc2\xb7 Assist for Fixed Asset & Inventory record
\xc2\xb7 Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
\xc2\xb7 Generate and distribute management reports on monthly basis, Eg.CPP, etc
\xc2\xb7 Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
\xc2\xb7 Assist FM in liaising with Auditor/ Tax Agent/ Company secretarial
\xc2\xb7 Assist in HQ Global Project (Accounting System, Internal Control compliance, etc)
\xc2\xb7 Ad hoc task by Finance Manager.
Additional Information
\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ACCA/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
\xc2\xb7 At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Accounting Software (experience in AX Dynamics, SAP is an added advantage)
\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills and team work, proactive engagement with other function departments to ensure effectiveness of work.
\xc2\xb7 Fast learner, adaptable to fast paced working environment, good sense of urgency and with can do attitude
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactively
\xc2\xb7 Work location at Tuas (shuttle services provided at Jurong East/Boon Lay/ Bedok/Hougang)
