Handling Adjunct Lecturer recruitment, CPE registration, negotiation of hourly rate, preparation of contract for service and renewal, obtained required documents for registration
Assist in staff recruitment process to on boarding process
Handling of full-time staff appraisal and coordinate with Academic Department for Adjunct Lecturer Appraisal \xe2\x80\x93 once a year
Handling of full-time staff P-file & Adjunct Lecturer P-File
To maintain and ensure staff handbook and academic staff handbook are up to date
Handling of leave management, staff benefit, staff training and organise team bond activities
To ensure the position chart & organization chart is up to date and accurate
Managing full set accounts for subsidiaries & associate Company (AR, AP, Financial Statement)
Preparation of quotations, cash flow & budgeting report
To conduct HR related survey and prepare HR related report
To provide KPIs data for quarterly reporting
To prepare monthly minutes of meeting
Assist in finance related reports such as annual budgeting, preparation of project accounts.
Requirements
Diploma or above, background in accounting/human resources field will be advantageous
Full set account experience will be advantageous
Responsible and responsive \xe2\x80\x93 must have a great sense of responsibility towards work and be quick in responding to work queries and requests from supervisor
