Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure effective credit control.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance.
• Work closely with other departments to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor automotive industry trends and assess their financial impact on the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of the automotive industry financial landscape.
• Ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
