Finance Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with the company\'s strategic goals.
- Create, maintain, and improve financial models to support long-term financial planning and forecasting.
- Analyze financial results, monitor key performance indicators, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the shareholders and board of directors.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company has the necessary liquidity to meet its financial obligations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage banking relationships, optimize cash and investment strategies, and negotiate banking terms.
- Monitor and maintain the company\'s credit facilities, ensuring compliance with covenants and regulations.
Location:
- Changi
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
- Up to $8500 (depending on experience)
- Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a
decisions. * Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proactive and self-motivated.
