Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Full sets of Accounts
• Overseeing the Accounts Payable functions by managing suppliers and timely payment of outstanding invoices. Maintaining good relationship with major suppliers
• Overseeing the Accounts Receivable functions by controlling credit, timely billing and payment from customers as well as sending monthly Statement of Accounts.
• Submit e-invoicing through Gebiz, Sesami and Ariba
• Prepares and monitors monthly sales forecast
• Issue cheques for payment of operating expenses
• Liaising with banks and Financial institutions for Trade and Financing Facilities
• Prepares and submits invoices and supporting documents for factoring
• Prepares and Monitors Company's Cash Flow
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
• Prepares monthly management report as well as Year-end closing
• Submit quarterly GST filing

• Sourcing best talent from social networking sites, Job portals, personal/professional references
• Conduct Interviews/Phone screening and select potential candidates
• Applying and Renewing of Foreign worker's Epass, Spass and Work permit
• Updating and monitoring of Medical and Annual Leave
• Payroll Processing and Payslip Preparation
• Timely Submission of CPF
• Prepares and submits employees IR8A
• Other Ad-hoc assignments

Reports directly to the company's director
Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of financial reporting and management practices
• Strong problem-solving skills in managing day -to-day finance operational issues
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to details and possesses an eye for details
• Knowledge of Netsuite system is preferred
• Prefer knowledge with local acounting and GST
