Finance Manager (energy Storage Company)

The Company
Our client is fast growing company starting in the energy storage space in Singapore backed by strong investors with the aim to expand in the APAC region. They are a rising star with projects in Singapore, Japan and Taiwan. With Singapore being the APAC regional HQ, they are currently recruiting for hands-on Finance Manager as the pioneer finance member to oversee the full spectrum finance duties and grow the business further.
The Role
Reporting directly to CEO, you will be a pioneer finance member to handle the full spectrum of finance duties including AP, AR, GL, Tax, audit, compliance and payroll processing. Also, you will work closely with senior management team in area of business budgeting and forecasting as well as new market analysis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders as well as operations in the region.
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate, you must be
- A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in hands-on accounting
- Prior audit background in Big 4 will be a plus.
- Relevant industry in Engineering/Energy/Trading is preferred.
- Prior experience working with Start-up is preferred
- Must be highly independent, hands-on and having an entrepreneur mindset
- Additionally XERO system knowledge is a plus
