Job Description
Responsibilities
- As an integral part of the finance team, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis of the operations for the region.
- Accountable to execute assigned standard tasks as listed below proactively and independently.
- Responsible to support the development of top-down planning figures, communicate targets and summarize analysis for approval bodies.
- Conduct budget/forecast content plausibility checks and clarification, assess chances and risks per division.
- Analyze and comment important target/actual deviations relevant for overall group performance and identifying trends.
- Prepare and review financial variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast financial results.
- Working closely with the different cross functional teams.
- Ad-hoc projects.
- Advice and guidance for local country on corporate guidelines and processes.
- Degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, economics or related field.
- Work experience in Controlling > 5 years (some international experience preferable).
- Highly analytical with strong financial and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct data analysis and resolve complex problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns.
- Good to have proficiency in Hyperion, IBM, Power BI, MS Office, SAP.
