Requirements:
Preferable with auditor or financial advisory experience in a mid tier audit firm
At least 5 - 10 years of accounting experience
At least degree holder or Professional accountancy papers (ACCA)
Experience in creating a financial model
Able to digest financial statements to form an analysis about the financial status of a company
Responsibilities:
Financial due diligence(\xe2\x80\x9cFDD\xe2\x80\x9d)-assisting strategic buyers/financial buyers with their acquisitions in various industries, including review of historical financial statements, quality of earnings assessment, etc;
Transaction support services(\xe2\x80\x9cTSS\xe2\x80\x9d)(i.e.draft SPA and Completion Statement review)for acquisitions
Merger & Acquisition (\xe2\x80\x9cM&A\xe2\x80\x9d) -assisting business owners in their divestment of equity stakes via trade sale;
Valuation of a business as part of litigation support;
Valuation advisory services for a group\'s disposal of several wholly owned subsidiaries-performed discounted cash flow as a methodology of valuation, review financial projections and assumptions provided by management;
Business review and TSS to a company involved in proposed merger with an SGX listed company;
Provision of corporate advisory services, review of clients\' core capabilities and supporting growth plans, including the application of Enterprise Singapore Core Capabilities grant.
Project Management
Responsible to plan, propose, execute and complete the any corporate acquisition or assignment
Able to prepare financial model for a target firm / acquisition
Able to perform high level due diligent or internal audit on a targeted firm
Able to support accounting dept. after acquisition with other staff support
Able to provide pre and post acquisition support for business unit
Deliverables
Able to analysis a target firm and generate a financial report to stakeholders
Able to complete a financial model and/or make a completely new model
Prepare monthly report / analysis
Others
Assist in the implementation of workflows and systems
Able to assist head in any assignment
Others and ad hoc assignment
