The CompanyThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established REIT with global presence. Due to revolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Finance Manager.

The Role
Reporting to the CFO and working in a team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly analysis, review and interpret the financials of the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries. Prepare quarterly and half-yearly financial reports and board papers for listed entity. Other key duties include preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, work closely with country teams to ensure financial operation is consistent with group financial and reporting guidelines and regulations. Work closely with external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing, assist in compliance reporting matters, oversee statutory filings and surveys to statutory bodies. Last but not least, to build partnerships and strong relationships with business teams, and provide support and advisory in investment and divestment activities.

Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years of relevant experience ideally in a large MNC within the real estate industry. It is essential to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. We are seeking a good team player who is curious, a keen learner with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
