Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:You will play a pivotal role in managing the Finance transformation journey in merging entities, which includes review of financial policies, assets and liabilities\' transfer and financial system upgrade. In this role, you will: Review, streamline and integrate financial policies and SOPs of the entities involved, in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Identify assets and/or liabilities, if any, to be transferred to the integrated entity. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, standardise workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation's finance function. Manage the financial system implement & upgrade as part of the overall ERP implementation & upgrade. Communicate the revised financial policies and procedures to employees. Involve in the statutory reporting, governance and audit processes. Involve in any other finance transformation matters.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: Background in Accountancy or ACCA qualification. At least 8 years of relevant and proven track record of experience. Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Strong interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills. Strategic thinker, proactive and self-driven with an analytical mind. Hands on go-getter with keen attention to details and a high level of accuracy. A team player who is able to multi-task and carry out his/her responsibilities with minimal supervision. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
